1. Our Commitment

At DominoInsta, we are committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful community for all players, regardless of age, background, experience level, gender identity, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Our Promise

We pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone. We believe that competitive gaming should be enjoyable, fair, and accessible to all who wish to participate.

This Code of Conduct applies to all community spaces, including tournaments, leaderboards, chat channels, support interactions, and any DominoInsta-related communication platforms.

Treating all community members with dignity, courtesy, and consideration, regardless of skill level or background.

Welcoming players of all backgrounds and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and included.

Playing fairly, accepting victories and defeats gracefully, and showing respect for opponents and officials.

Integrity

Playing honestly, following rules, and maintaining transparency in all interactions and competitions.

3. Expected Behavior

All community members are expected to demonstrate the following behaviors:

General Conduct

  • Use welcoming and inclusive language
  • Be respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
  • Give and gracefully accept constructive feedback
  • Focus on what is best for the community
  • Show empathy towards other community members
  • Help newcomers feel welcome and supported

Gaming Behavior

  • Play games honestly and according to established rules
  • Accept referee decisions respectfully
  • Congratulate opponents on good plays and victories
  • Offer encouragement to struggling players
  • Report suspected rule violations through proper channels
  • Maintain composure during intense or frustrating moments

Communication Standards

  • Keep conversations relevant and appropriate
  • Use constructive criticism rather than personal attacks
  • Respect others' privacy and personal boundaries
  • Give credit where credit is due
  • Ask for help when needed and offer help when able

4. Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable and will not be tolerated:

Harassment and Discrimination

  • Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
  • Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
  • Personal attacks or insults
  • Doxxing or publishing private information without consent
  • Threats of violence or encouraging violence against any individual

Disruptive Behavior

  • Trolling, spamming, or flooding chat channels
  • Deliberate disruption of games or tournaments
  • Griefing or intentionally ruining others' experiences
  • Excessive arguing or continuing disagreements after resolution
  • Impersonating other players, officials, or staff
  • Spreading false information or rumors

Gaming Violations

  • Cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized assistance
  • Match-fixing or collusion with opponents
  • Account sharing or creating multiple accounts
  • Deliberately losing games to manipulate rankings
  • Using automated tools or bots
  • Refusing to follow game rules or official decisions

5. Gaming Conduct Standards

Fair Play Principles

DominoInsta is built on the foundation of fair and competitive gameplay. All players are expected to uphold these standards:

Honest Competition

  • • Play to the best of your ability

  • • Report technical issues immediately
  • • Respect time limits and game pace

Respectful Competition

  • • Acknowledge good plays by opponents
  • • Accept defeats with dignity
  • • Celebrate victories modestly
  • • Offer constructive feedback when appropriate

Anti-Cheating Commitment

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Using software tools to gain unfair advantages
  • Receiving real-time assistance from other players
  • Exploiting known bugs or glitches
  • Manipulating connection or technical issues

6. Communication Standards

Language Guidelines

Clear and respectful communication is essential for a positive community experience:

  • Technical assistance and troubleshooting

Prohibited Communication

  • Profanity, vulgarity, or offensive language
  • Personal attacks or character assassination
  • Spam, excessive caps, or disruptive messaging
  • Political or controversial off-topic discussions
  • Advertising or commercial promotion

Channel-Specific Guidelines

  • Tournament Chat: Game-related communication only
  • General Discussion: Keep conversations friendly and inclusive
  • Help Channels: Focus on assistance and learning
  • Support Tickets: Provide clear, factual information

7. Creating an Inclusive Environment

8. Tournament Etiquette

Pre-Tournament Conduct

  • Show respect for tournament organizers and volunteers

During Tournament Play

Player Responsibilities

9. Reporting Violations

When to Report

Please report any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct or makes you feel unsafe or unwelcome. No report is too small, and we take all reports seriously.

Report These Situations

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Cheating or unfair gameplay practices
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Spam or disruptive behavior
  • Violations of tournament rules
  • Any behavior that makes you uncomfortable

How to Report

Immediate Issues

For urgent matters during tournaments:

  • • Message tournament officials directly
  • • Use in-game reporting tools

General Reports

For non-urgent conduct violations:

Information to Include

  • Detailed description of the incident
  • Date, time, and location (tournament, chat channel, etc.)
  • Usernames of involved parties
  • Screenshots or evidence if available
  • Any witnesses to the incident
  • Impact on you or others

Report Processing

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
  • Investigation: 2-7 business days
  • Resolution: Updates provided throughout process
  • Confidentiality: Reporter identity protected
  • Follow-up: Check-in after resolution

10. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in appropriate consequences based on the severity and frequency of the behavior.

Progressive Enforcement

Level 1: Minor Violations

First-time or minor infractions:

  • Warning and education about community standards
  • Temporary chat restrictions
  • Required reading of Code of Conduct
  • Follow-up check-in with community team

Level 2: Moderate Violations

Repeated minor violations or moderate infractions:

  • Temporary suspension from tournaments (1-7 days)
  • Communication restrictions
  • Required completion of conduct training
  • Probationary period with increased monitoring

Level 3: Severe Violations

Serious violations or repeated moderate violations:

  • Extended suspension (1-12 months)
  • Loss of tournament privileges
  • Removal from leaderboards
  • Forfeiture of prizes or achievements

Level 4: Critical Violations

Extremely serious violations or repeated severe violations:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Ban from all DominoInsta services
  • Legal action if applicable
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if necessary

Factors Considered

  • Severity and impact of the violation
  • Intent and context of the behavior
  • Previous violation history
  • Response and attitude of the violator
  • Effect on community members
  • Efforts to make amends or improve

11. Appeals Process

Right to Appeal

All community members have the right to appeal disciplinary actions. We believe in fair process and will carefully review all appeals.

Appeal Timeline

  • Appeal Deadline: 14 days from disciplinary notification
  • Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of appeal submission
  • Review Process: 5-10 business days
  • Decision: Final decision with detailed explanation
  • Implementation: Changes effective immediately upon approval

Appeal Requirements

To submit an appeal, provide:

  • Original disciplinary case number
  • Detailed explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect
  • New evidence or information not previously considered
  • Demonstration of changed behavior or understanding
